1. Return Eligibility:

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • A valid reason for return is provided (e.g., wrong size, defective item)

2. Return Process:

  • Email us at info@libaaze.store within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Ship the item to our return address (provided via email)

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original.
